Our background is marine engineering which is our core business however as we evolve we develop other solutions. For over 13 years we've been using Solidworks for production engineering and design of vessels, recently our primary business Core Marine Ltd based in the UK invested heavily in a 3 Axis CNC and a full suite of SolidCam for the production of yacht interiors. We have looked at other Solidworks compatible joinery based packages on offer but none of them provided the features we required and were only suitable for cabinet construction so we've been developing and refining our own plugins which were initially for our own use but this is now being released worldwide. Our first release of the ProTools suite being released is our DogBone Fillet tool which is suitable for optimising CNC milling/laser cutting of sheet materials.
